About The Role
We are involved in complex, global and high-profile litigation, arbitration and investigations combining end-to-end risk advisory, investigative and disputes expertise to deliver holistic solutions for our clients.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the development and delivery of comprehensive solutions to address evolving national security threats to our clients. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in risk and compliance advisory, cybersecurity, and investigations, with a focus on critical industries such as healthcare, financial services, and energy. This role will require working closely with domestic and international clients to safeguard sensitive data, intellectual property, and critical assets from foreign actors and other adversarial threats.

- Develop strategies to expand the portfolio of services offered and improve the efficiency and consistency of service delivery.
- Advise clients on compliance with regulatory requirements, including export controls, CFIUS reviews, sanctions, and other trade restrictions.
- Conduct investigations into national security threats, including insider threats, espionage, intellectual property theft, and cross-border data sharing.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including cybersecurity, export controls, strategic communications, and data analytics, to deliver multidisciplinary solutions to complex client challenges.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders in government agencies and regulatory bodies to ensure alignment with national security protocols.
- Support business development activities by identifying opportunities for expanding the national security offering and advising clients on emerging risks.
- Monitor and assess geopolitical developments, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies that may impact national security.
- Lead modification and enhancement of proposals.

We are committed to investing and supporting you in your professional development and we have developed a range of programs focused on fostering leadership, growth and development opportunities.
